14-Day European Right of Withdrawal & Returns

We stand behind the quality and precision of our health and veterinary monitoring devices. In compliance with European consumer protection laws, you are entitled to a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be in original condition, including all original packaging, sensor cables, power adapters, cuffs, and user manuals.
• For hygienic reasons, unsealed personal invasive accessories cannot be returned once opened unless proven defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@pepultech.com with your order number. Our team will provide return authorization and local European return instructions within 24 hours.

3. Refund Timing

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our logistics facility, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, or iDEAL).
